Buildings

Making a building
Place a building block to create a ‘building’, your ticket to Minto’s building competition. This defines a 3D plot of land, where any player added to the building can edit. Inside this plot exists your build, which will be constantly ranked with respect to other buildings on the server.
Buildings are the only way to get energy on the server. You can left-click energy for XP or right-click it to power mob/crop farms in your area.
To get a building block, complete Nether ruins. Once placed, you can right-click it for options.

Ranking your building
Made a nice build? Click
Rate building
to submit it and get a rank.
How much energy you earn is directly tied to how good your building looks, within its set dimensions (editable in the menu).

If your rating increases, you may receive a higher rank, which should allow you to earn you more energy.

Collecting XP/energy
Depending on your building’s rank, you can receive a certain amount of energy per day from your building.
Click
Earn
in the building menu to begin earning energy. This ‘employs’ you (this building’s rank will now appear next to your name).
Once you’re earning/employed, click
Collect
to get your accrued energy.

Anchor-authorized players can set taxes on buildings inside a claim. If set, a percentage of all building-collected energy will be available for collection at the anchor. For anchor owners, this is extremely useful for building an empire and getting rich fast.
